Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Depends on your level, but not a lot...
1) Big Tech - dry at the moment
2) Senior Director or above at big banks - will match or slightly exceed associate level pay, VP money is better
2) move to the US

Depends on your network. Not impossible to do as an associate or specialist, much more likely as an EM or AP.
McK 1 has it correct. I’d just add PE ops / pension fund value teams as another exit in Toronto. Generally those are more rare and not a ton at A/C levels
Seen a bunch go to startups too. I think opportunities there vary greatly in terms of time, comp, etc.
Even after accounting for equity stocks that you get at startups?
Can make a move to Director level in Corp Dev at a large Canadian company like Bell, Canadian Tire, Loblaw…etc

Hard to match MBB salaries at director level. AVP/managing director is about the same as tenured associate pay, often less.
Hard for a BA to exit to director.
PE. Think onex, brookfield, Altus, etc
Can vary a lot, but those three ones pay similar to US
