There is no right or wrong answer for the case study, just got to present your view and answer some questions on it. Can't give you much more guidance as the case studies are different for each area of the business. One other tip, for the written exercise read the ask, I have heard people are summarising the info instead of providing a briefing, again not sure if that is sector specific or the same across all sectors.
