Non-Verbal Communication: Non-verbal communication involves using body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice to convey meaning. Being aware of your own non-verbal communication and being able to read the non-verbal cues of others can improve communication.
Clear Communication: Clear communication involves expressing yourself in a way that is easy to understand. This involves using simple language, avoiding jargon or technical terms, and being concise and direct in your messaging.
Respectful Communication: Respectful communication means treating others with dignity and avoiding hostile or aggressive communication. This involves using appropriate language, being mindful of cultural differences, and being open to different perspectives.
Conflict Resolution: Conflict resolution involves using communication to resolve differences or disagreements. This involves being willing to listen to others' perspectives, finding common ground, and working together to find a solution that meets everyone's needs.
Interact with other people. Do not hesitate to ask for feedback from others. And of course, do not finish other people's sentences.
Listen actively and maintain eye contact. Give them your full attention and ask follow-up questions to keep the conversation going.
