Active Listening: Active listening means paying close attention to the speaker and understanding their message before responding. This involves giving verbal and non-verbal feedback, asking clarifying questions, and demonstrating empathy.

Non-Verbal Communication: Non-verbal communication involves using body language, facial expressions, and tone of voice to convey meaning. Being aware of your own non-verbal communication and being able to read the non-verbal cues of others can improve communication.

Clear Communication: Clear communication involves expressing yourself in a way that is easy to understand. This involves using simple language, avoiding jargon or technical terms, and being concise and direct in your messaging.

Respectful Communication: Respectful communication means treating others with dignity and avoiding hostile or aggressive communication. This involves using appropriate language, being mindful of cultural differences, and being open to different perspectives.

Conflict Resolution: Conflict resolution involves using communication to resolve differences or disagreements. This involves being willing to listen to others' perspectives, finding common ground, and working together to find a solution that meets everyone's needs.

Interact with other people. Do not hesitate to ask for feedback from others. And of course, do not finish other people's sentences.

Listen actively and maintain eye contact. Give them your full attention and ask follow-up questions to keep the conversation going.

Control your emotions, not the other way around. Be genuine as much as possible. You cannot achieve these overnight so keep practicing. Good luck!

Practice active listening. You can do this by maintaining eye contact, nodding your head, and repeating what he or she says in your own words. This will make them feel respected. Hope this helps.

Hi everyone,
I passed my PMP thanks to this sub group.
I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
