I’m not resigning until the end of the month, and it’s so hard to not just tell someone I’m leaving. A colleague who is rolling off the project after i will resign is in the middle of doing KT with me. I just wanted to check myself here… it’s probably not wise to tell just this one colleague is it? I just know all this KT is a waste of time. I figured it’s not a good idea but has anyone told a colleague they are leaving before they resign? Good idea? Bad idea? Thanks for any opinions
