Hi I joined virtusa on 14June 2022.Hr just call me and ask me to submit few documents on the portal and after that no one call me even no one connected me for further process.I don't know anything regarding my project and all.Even they didn't ask me for any bank details and all anywhere.And also after submitting documents .I got an email saying onboarding completed we will verify it from their end.He even not responding to my call as I called her many times.can you guide what's happening??

Partners are liars. Maybe not even intentionally, because of tone-deafness and self-deception, but at the end of the day, they are just blowing smoke until this thing passes. They do not truly care about their staff, if they did we’d be paid more. What they do care about is their ability to meet client needs and take home their cut of the profits. So to answer your question, they are going to blow as much free smoke as possible to avoid salary increases at all costs. Other than maybe KPMG, who put their money where their mouth is, and gave out some cush raises, so kudos to them for that. 👌🏼

My (recently) former firm tried to convince us that we should be grateful we had jobs and tried forcing everyone back into the office full time months ago and argued that we should be happy they chose to keep us “gainfully employed” for the year we were remote. Even better, they failed to tell the remote employees they hired while we were remote that the positions were only temporarily remote…
