What are some good new and upcoming neighborhoods near DFW/Plano/Frisco/Coppell area (or other areas in vicinity) where it could be worth buying a home?

Currently making 70K and I usually up my contributions each to start each year. I'm up to 10%. How should I split up my mix? Currently all in traditional.

He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?

I recently bought a house (In my hometown), I am not staying there. It is currently on rent. I am getting Rent as 50% of the total Home loan EMI of that house. And it is equivalent to the rent that I am paying at my current location in another city.

Question is: Should I do yearly loan prepayments from my annual bonus to reduce the EMI amount or should I keep the loan going as it is and invest yearly bonus in share market or gold.

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.
Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?
What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.
