I always listen to how they talk about current and former employees. If they act like you're a rockstar and you're going to be significantly better than the person you're replacing or other team members, I will take that as a huge red flag. I don't like it when anybody talks badly about people, but especially when employers talk badly about employees.

Those are all very clear red flags to me. I also think it is a red flag when they don't really ask questions and spend the whole time telling you about the company and the role. It is also a red flag when they say things like "we are a family here."
That makes sense. They can try to use that phrase to justify abusing you
