Soft nurse life! I’m here for it!! Tired of the struggle jobs!😒 And struggle is all that seems to be available. Recruiters want you to show up polished and dressed to impress only to be ghosted or hired onboard a sinking ship. 😞 Nursing is not a real place anymore!

Never heard of this. Looking forward to seeing the answers.

Do you mean work from home or freelance nursing jobs? You may want to check out health writing.

Here is a nurse I recommend (she's turned this into her full-time business) www.willowbarkwriting.com
I work in a pediatrics office, it is relatively chill.

Oh how I would love that!
Never heard of soft nursing jobs but many insurance companies hire nurses to assist and field calls and answer questions medically related. Have to be able to listen and type and follow algorithm. I believe LVN or Rn jobs available.
I work for home care agency and pick the case I want. It does require night work mostly. But I consider my age and the case I worked for 7 yrs easy. Watch enteral feed, suction orally and turn easy.
I've never heard the term before, but it fits well into certain nursing positions compared to acute and critical care that hold the same qualifications.
If you're not looking for a $13/hr pay cut by working in a Mon-Fri office setting and want to stay in the acute world, I'd hands down say PACU.
I loved my quality role, remote, flexible, pretty chill and positive culture-- Sadly it was a start up and I was laid off after like 10 months, not my fault but great learning experience and positive references from it. I am now waiting to start a UM job, also remote-- we'll see, but I am excited to start something new.
Remote is not always stress- free and has cons for sure but it works for me (an introvert, who was proactive in my physical and social well being)
Not sure what is meant by soft nursing jobs. Every position requires education skills and a strong person to fill it.
Work as an RN (bilingual) in an adult health daycare and literally bored 🥱 making good money working Monday-Friday plus no holidays
