Hi Everyone. I am applying for a few design positions and I just got a response from a company that wants me to do a short video as part of a campaign. The problem is that I have 24 hours their instruction is: "An awareness video (please avoid stock video, we want to see your proficiency on Adobe After effects). Please focus on this, as this is the most important item of this assessment". So my question is. Are they being unrealistic? Also. Where can I find good stock videos? Lol

But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike.
