What are the KPIs for internal talent teams? Advice for getting the most out of them in terms of salary, benefits, etc?

I have applied for several remote jobs for Elevance health in several different roles. Does anyone have experience as a nurse reviewer and know the salary range and if you work there do you enjoy it? Are the work hours flexible?

Quick question.
I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
- Work with the recruiter + apply for jobs on my own?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. What is the typical salary range for an Enterprise Architect position?
