They’re such large firms that it really will vary tremendously and people will have wildly different experiences.

I believe Big 4 strategy arms can generally expect similar pay at most ranks, similar hours, and if you did well and position yourself well, similar exits.

When you average it out MBB generally still do better across the board but you can certainly be more successful than a lot of MBB folk at Strategy&
