What do you think of those who have been at the company a long time and are high performers but make significantly less than experienced new hires at the same level? I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. If something is filed with the court, and service is provided automatically thru the portal, why does OC’s office send a separate e-service email?
