What are the Practices within BCG? Does it have a Consulting and Delivery center arm?


Will be speaking with recruiter in a couple of days, but wanted to get an idea of the Practice and pay expectations. The role is IT Data Architect II with BCG’s Global Services Group.

Currently my base is 139K, SC2 commercial and the target promotion year is 2022. What % of base salary hike I can expect with exceptional ratings if I get promoted as planned? 👏
