Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

Yup. Very thankful. Not enough passive income to completely live off of, but good enough that I have a nice safety net incase of layoffs.

Hoping to get $200K TC in next role if possible. Product and/or HRIT focused, but would consider HRBP.
I’m 26 turning 27 in 2 months and I’m based out of NOVA area working hybrid. I’m making 120k total comp (115 base 5 bonus) and after reading these comments I feel behind lol. I thought I was ahead but guess I need to start putting in work and find better opportunities 🤷🏽♂️ should I look for another full remote job or change jobs completely? Idk what path to choose
look for both options while you’re still on EY’s pay check. the highest bid wins
