Celebrating milestones is such a great idea! I like to break big projects into smaller, manageable chunks with clear goals—it keeps progress visible and motivation high. Also, I try to balance intense work with short breaks to recharge. Keeps the energy steady for those long hauls!
For sure!
Celebrating milestones sounds like a smart move. I think it's important to at least pay heed to milestones, and try to commemorate them in some way. Along with that, I think it's good at those times to bring up the "why" of the project. Just a reminder of the purpose of the endeavor can help keep everyone's head in the game and help to keep morale up.
