Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

Staying in my role until my loans are paid off (~6 years) then hopefully resigning and investing the rest of my life
I had $230k loan when I graduated 7 years ago. Down to $36. I’m no longer as aggressive paying it off.
For me, maximum salary comes with maximum stress. At this point I will take a pay cut to deal with less stress. I just started learning programming. Jam also applying to other areas in pharmacy.
Long-term goal is to start a business, it’d be nice if it’s healthcare related and I could still use my clinical knowledge. I wouldn’t mind moving onto another career path all together. I feel like max salary only comes with management or ownership roles and if you’re not doing that, you’ll have a max possibly salary. If the norm for our salaries brought in 6 figures after taxes, I likely wouldn’t care as much. I’m currently on the student loans forgiveness path, it’s been more about where I work and getting these loans dealt with more than my salary because I always negotiate pay to try to insulate myself.
My long term goal is to obviously max out my pay as much as I can, but ultimately to have enough money to have passive income through real estate and a good portfolio. I’m an emergency medicine specialist, didn’t do a fancy PGY2 because I couldn’t match. But did my PGY1 and worked 2 years in the hospital before moving to emergency medicine for the past 3 years. I’m loving every minute of my job. I’m currently at about $88/hr after an corporate raise + market adjustment. I do enjoy woodworking quite a bit, but I don’t see myself leaving the ER anytime soon. My boss wants me in leadership, but not my cup of tea.
Yes.
Mainly increase salary so my wife doesn't have to also work, and gain some better work life balance so remote work so we can travel a bit more often.
