Hi all! I am on the hunt for a new nonprofit fundraising/development manager position in DC (or remote). Might anyone have a strong lead or an organization they would recommend? I currently work in this space and have experience fundraising and managing corporate, law firm, and foundation relationships. Returned from maternity leave, I was offered a Revenue Operations Project Manager. I was given a 4% raise (next to nothing), I was asked to sign the paperwork upon my return which was strange. On day 1, got to know almost 4% raise was given to the entire company as compensation adjustment due to inflammation.
