I have some friends from my previous company who said they would like to join my company instead, and I know I have to rent/buy some trucks. What other supplies/roles should I look to start filling? Huh… my company made me drive cross-country with a load that should've been refrigerated, only to be scolded at my destination because said load arrived spoiled. I only transport goods, it's not my job to ensure the quality of said goods!
