That people in Dallas have garbage taste in restaurants
HAHAHAHAH you arent' wrong though.
That people don’t understand his purpose so they cannot actually follow him. He wants to highlight those small mom and pop shops and those hidden gems that we other wise would not know even though we live here. I don’t even eat BBQ and I have heard of Hutchins.
That Hutchins is better than overhyped Terry Blacks 😋
Also - moved here from Florida and have difficulties finding restaurants that serve really great food. Seems like in FL they were everywhere
We’ve been both to Uchi and Javier’s. You are spot on. Both places are true gems. Now I can’t wait to try the rest on this list. Thank you PwC1!
I live in Dallas but just wish I knew what anyone was talking about here. Who? What?
I am ashamed to say …. It took me forever to figure out that you were taking about yourself
Who? 😂
Some of the restaurant recommendations were exactly what I’d expect from transplants from flyover states in the Midwest, no offense. Lots of chains were recommended that were not local to Dallas. Carbone is an NYC chain. Terry Black’s, while delicious, does not represent Dallas BBQ. There is a reason that chain restaurants do great in Dallas and not so well in world class cities.
