How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Apparently this employer would report negative comments about itself so other future job seekers don’t know how terribly they treated their former employee. Then let me rewrite this with PURE OPINIONS so New York anti-slaap law can protect me. Seriously avoid the managing partner Rondiene Novitz and the paralegal Elizabet Hoffman in the NY office. If you are hired to do the foreclosure work with those two people - as a person experienced it myself, I think it’s a trap and you will soon be forced to leave the firm because you can’t tolerate the inhumane treatment in that position. Those two women are toxic as fuck and [I am silenced not to talk about my real experience because they reported me. Readers please imagine what I have experienced]. I talked with previous attorneys in this position and I can confirm this is just a revolving door position literally no one can tolerate those two crazy bullies. Some of the lawyers even left the firm without notice - you can see what kind of mental abuse and humiliation it is. I was totally shocked when all of those happened to me and obviously I was not expecting that and I was not experienced enough to handle situations like that which those two bullies took advantage of. Literally I think the United States should make yelling and shouting in the workplace also a violation of law so such behaviors can be contained and punished. FYI I also sought the help of four emergency therapists when I worked there and it is totally a nightmare experience for me when I recall it. I just want to disclose it so other people don’t have to experience what I have experienced.
