A good night's sleep with my wife.
And than waking up, and be jumped on by our two daughters in the morning 🌄
Volunteer work. It makes a tangible difference in other people’s lives and reminds me of all the things in my life that are going ok
Time spent with family/friends, time spent developing my self (learning new or honing skills) and helping others. I run a youth focused non-profit and even on the days I’m feeling tired and down, I always come out of the program sessions feeling reinvigorated. I also find purpose in peacefulness and nature so getting outside and watching a sunset/sunrise can also really help. All the best.

Hoping that I actually figure out an answer to that question is really only thing keeping me going, which is itself a purpose I guess.

Reading and meditating
Living for eternal purpose. We only have one brief stay on earth and forever in the next. I want to invest my time in the great commission that Jesus told us to undertake, and that is to share the gospel and minister to others. There’s nothing more important than that.
