I’m sure there are underlying reasons for stress: even small ones that sap your energy. It helps to write them down so you can really confront them - is it money? Health of family members? Worried about kids learning progress? The next grocery run? Run it all down. I’m also dealing with the lack of motivation and haven’t found a good solution.
Thanks - that's helpful because it might be those reasons and more... I'll start by writing them down
The biggest challenge for me is that my husband and I have different needs. He’s fine working from home without interaction and I’m dying on the inside a little. Perhaps you should write it down but talk to your spouse or family. What you’re feeling is okay and normal.
Find a good therapist, a lot of them sick and you just have to keep faith and go through the bad to find the miracle worker that knows how to help your issues.
