Remind them they aren't my manager.

Be thankful I don't have to make decisions
Offer them pie. Everyone likes pie.
Very true, but then again depends on the season. Does it make sense to give one during the fall season? 🤔
Do your job. If they’re interfering with that, raise it with the person above both of you. Some people like to act like they’re in charge of/doing everything. Make sure that you do your job and that person isn’t shaping others’ opinion of you for the worse, but otherwise just let crazy be crazy and ignore them. People like that are everywhere.

This. If they’re up for promotion and are acting the next level this is fine. Someone has to move up and someone doesn’t. You won’t be the same as your peers forever and it’s part of the cycle.
Are they crazy? Put them in their place asap.
My kids used to say "you're not the boss of me".
Sounds like they are looking for promotion. Compete professionally (respectfully) or support them and let them shine. Up to you.
Tolerate some but if it’s relentless at some point you say PLEASE STFU
Remind them that you fight casually…like oh i remember when i got in trouble in college (needs to be recent ish) for punching someone coz i lost my temper they just talked down to me for too long…or my personal favorite..”I prefer to talk things out…well hmm I mean ..sometimes you throw hands..sorry back to topic..can you repeat that again so I can get back on track “ then dead pan ☹️
We have long time employees that don’t have the title, but are respected by other managers so much, that the peer drives discipline and discussions.
