What do you do with your kids miles? My daughter has almost 25k AA miles, it's not a lot, but it could pay for one domestic flight.

She's 4, so yeah, when she turns 18 she will have a ton of miles, which are probably enough to pay for a preferred seat 🤣🤣.

One (not very wise) way to use those points is to upgrade seats for everybody in the reservation, but is there any other way to use those miles? I tried transferring AA miles once, it's ridiculously expensive, just not worth it.

Planning on a trip from NYC to Miami. Need 2 suggestions — 1) best neighborhood to stay for 2 laid back women in their late 30’s, 2) best way to move around between car rentals vs Uber? If car rental, any recommendations on which rental to use given the astronomical gas and rental prices?
