Casual, but put-together and with some drip.
Lol it just means a cool fit, so with some drip does not make any sense

It varies quite a bit on the kind of company. Is this a creative agency, media agency, adtech, publisher, etc? The vibes can vary quite dramatically.
Generally speaking, the best advice is to dress nicely without coming across as stuffy or overly corporate. People often work in this space in order to avoid those sorts of environments.
For me that usually looks something like dark jeans and a nice top, like an untucked button down or a nicer sweater. Any smart sneakers or boots will do.
It depends on the type of role. What role is it?
You want to be put together but avoid coming off as stuffy. I would say business casual is right. Avoid suits.
Most people wear smart casual or even well-put together casual in back office/media/strategy functions on the day-to-day.
Run. Advertising is tanking for humans.

Just add a beanie hat job done
leaning casual but a nice button up is always safe if you can dress around and not over do it
