What does it mean if a LinkedIn job posted is reuploaded when I just wrapped up final interviews?

Hi everyone! I have an interview with Morgan Stanley next week in their private WM division. Any advice? Anything I should know going in?

I applied for a role a few days ago and found the relevant hiring manager today via LinkedIn. Should I send a follow up mail/introduce myself to this person. Would it leave a good impression or come across as desperate?

Btw, the person is in a “Talent Acquisition” position at the company.

I am currently working in technical support in cloud at TCS for 1.4 years. The work is very rudimentary and almost no skill is required for it.
I want to switch to BA role and I have done few certifications, learnt Tableau, Excel and MySQL but I am still not getting interviews.
Any suggestions on what should I do?

Finally after months of interviewing, I accepted an offer with FAANG. During the process got rejected by over 10 companies for one or the other reason. This community has been really helpful to me and I would like to help anyway I can. So ASK ME ANYTHING and I will answer as much as possible.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I own a 1973 Chevy nova and and a 1988 Dodge ramcharger. Best way to deal with a doorman you don’t like? There is one (among other doormen who are nicer) in my building that is always condescending towards me as if he’s asserting dominance. Many times he would yell at me to pick up the packages when clearly I’m occupied/going outside. I’m the type that don’t interact with doormen unless necessary so wonder if it’s his way of getting attention. I always feel uneasy interacting with him but feel like I have no choice because I like staying where I am.
