TMI… 7 weeks and have been struggling with constipation (also 2 months post egg retrieval = lots of hormones). I'm so excited and I want to put my best foot forward. Does anyone have any tips on how I can prep for the interview?

At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”. That’s a 65 hour work week as-is but I currently am up until midnight working consistently. For context I’ve been rated as a strong performer consistently and am not new to the job so it’s not a lack of understanding.

Reached out to a member of different team for clarification for the first time, and got a response “sorry dude, Lunch Time. Come after 1 PM.” Felt like I was standing at a service window in a DMV
