What does the future, particularly the next 5-7 years, hold for us creatives? I know this conversation is overdone, but it's almost impossible not to be slightly concerned about the evolution in AI trends, virtual reality, etc. Are there any emerging skills or areas of focus that you're working on or think will become essential for creatives to stay ahead in this rapidly changing landscape?

Moved over to a review system called 15Five. It allows you to review your manager. I gave my manager a terrible review. The catch is: they get to “anonymously” see your reviews. Bad move?
