Hello Fishes,
Has anyone got call from management regarding back to office? My base location is Bangalore and management seems to be in progress of calling employees back to work approx after 18th April.
Does anyone have any idea what's the management decision about back to office? Is it confirmed or still planning?

Someone who adapts. To lead, you have to anticipate the future and prepare your people for that change. Get them excited, motivated, and ready. And leap for the right opportunities.
The ability to really listen. Every manager that I haven't liked was an awful listener. They made assumptions, thought they knew everything, and didn't listen to their team.
I would put foresight at the top of the list. The ability to think long-term. Good communication would be second on my list.

Good communication skills tops my list. They need to effectively communicate in an assertive way. The ability to adapt and accept different working styles - everyone is different and approaches things in their own way. A leader should encourage and support someone's style and help staff to develop to their full potential.
Above all, I think empathy. A great leader knows how to be understanding and compassionate toward their direct reports. It builds a great relationship between the two.
I think I have a creative approach to problem solving. My team trusts me because they know that they can come to me for solutions.
