I’m interviewing for final round of the entry level area manager position at Amazon. I’m working on multiple stories related to the leadership principles. Can anyone provide me some tips regarding the role?
There are 16 leadership principle and I’m thinking of creating some stories around each but the thing that concerns me is what if the questions they ask are related to the same principle and I might have already used up my stories. Something like that. Can anyone please help? Amazon
Should recruiter emails be creative/witty/funny?
Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Wingdings, it makes it stand out
If you really want to stand out, try Comic Sans. Your resume will be automatically moved to the top of the pile.
I honestly don’t like going below 10 on font size, just becomes tough to read any lower
Agree in theory, disagree in reality. Studies show that ~94.5% of resumes are viewed on computer screens, which allow for super easy magnification (ctrl + anyone?). If I’m uploading my one pager to a system that will perform keyword matches on it, you better believe I’m going for as many words as possible.
I use Calibri 10. Check out this guide.
No less than 24...go big or go/stay home

6.5 Olde English. As far as getting me interviews, 60% of the time it works every time!
Times 9
Times font takes more space. Use Arial or Calibri instead.
If you have to ask... :)
I can be less flippant and more specific:
If you have to ask how small is too small...it’s probably too small and you may have too much text. A resume should be easy for someone to review in seconds, not minutes. If you are shrinking down the font size to an unreasonable level, then your resume should be further tailored to whatever you are pursuing so you can let the page breathe a bit.
Garamond but if I'm using tiny font 9, I'll go Times New Roman or Arial for legibility.
2 pt font. I’m really impressive and important and have a lot to show
