What happened to risk assurance salaries in HCOL areas? Companies now ask for manager-level experience for senior-level pay. I just noticed in the last few weeks.

Has anyone ever gotten a third party opinion on their salary? If so,what did you use?

Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
