what ia the salary range for Sr Quality Engineer in Autodesk. I am offered 38.5 lpa (25 lpa - fixed , 2.5 lpa - variable , 11 lpa- rsu ) . Is this a fair offer. Any input is appreciated

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Shes moving for about 60% more pay from external audit to senior accounting. Shes extremely sad and im confused why these firms are so uptight about this. The Accenture recruiter said the most she could get for me, if all goes well is $145k and a Manager level is not on the table/no openings. The compensation growth is nice but I’m hesitant I’d be shooting my self in the foot with title/level. Is this something I should pursue? Any advice?
