What if...my husband and I pivoted and went over the road as team drivers? Would it be an adventure, or would it be awful? Do they give truckers time at destinations and in between trips? Would they hire a married couple as a team? If so, what companies do you recommend? I'd love to hear about people's experiences both good and bad, but primarily am curious if anyone knows of any companies that offer this option...My guess is to afford a flexible schedule, you may have to be owner-operators...

I've never considered this. I love driving and road trips, but I feel like it'd get old pretty fast. Do you have any specific companies in mind? Or are you just starting to research the idea?

Any resume writer referrals? I’m trying to make the jump into project management. I have 13YOE managing cross-departmental projects and people, and I’d like to shed the general EA work of calendars/travel/expenses. But recruiters just see my most recent role is EA and that’s all they want to talk to me about. I’m hoping a better written resume will help target algorithms to get my resume viewed for other roles.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

I have been in Recruiting and HR for 11 years and thinking about making a career move. Ild love to hear from anyone that’s made a career move from HR to a different role.
