I applied to 12+ positions and had a recruiter reach out to screen me for a position I never applied for or was remotely within my area of expertise.

Does anyone have Organization Design case study experience?? I’m hoping to get some insight to help prep for my Consultant interview in some days with Deloitte.

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. My Context: work in tech, company has HQ in the Bay but I live in Canada. Single, no kids, 1 mortgage, no debts.

TC: ~200k USD (60% base / 40% equity). I put very low effort, completely disengaged and unmotivated, with anxiety building up. Don’t like the company, but very few companies can match where I live
