ZS London compensation and benefits?
Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Probably 3 tiers of salaries:
MBB money - direct promotes to consultant-level and they make post MBA salaries (145k+ base)
Boutiques/Accenture Strategy/Monitor/Parthenon - 100k+ base
Everybody else (Big 4, small boutiques) - 80-100k
The question was regarding undergrad, not MBA. No way you're S3 3 years from undergrad.
I was referencing my earlier comment, but ok. Please just throw my firm under the bus
SA2, HIA
127k base without MBA? Props.
Haven't received my comp yet, but there is no way I'll hit 92k and I'm just finishing my third year in strategy.
90-100 all in sounds about right. PwC Senior 1 is 90 and it's an auto promote after 3 years.
I was at 100k base 3 years out of school. 4 years out now and 127k base
Analyst out of school for consulting should be 85-90 base so 3 years consulting should be higher
Made SA3 this year, 3 years out of school. 127k all in.
PwC 2 what level were you after 3 years and what vertical?
PwC 1 actually it is not auto promote. I know a bunch of people who got screwed and stayed at A cohort
PwC2 has been killing it! Good job
Lies. At 92k for start of year 4 with the firm
EY1 - your firm is known to pay less
I'm at 91k 4 years in because I didn't jump around...
I'm at 90k base 3k bonus , 1.4 years in ... doing strategy work ...NYC
Accenture pays the most out of any big 4 from first year through 5th year except for Deloitte who begins to pay higher after consultant
