Hi Folks,
I have got an offer from Luxoft and they have kept a probation of 3 months. Can someone please let me know do they have a probation for all employees.
Also my designation in my current organization is Deputy Manager and they have give me Sr. Consultant not very happy with the designation.

Give it. And then wait for the crap to hit the fan with requests on status updates for everything you do. And for you to document everything you do so said boss doesn’t have to train your replacement. But, don’t do all of this work. Do the bare minimum and end your days on time. It’s now your time to be lax as you walk out the door!

Set up a face to face or video call, give your notice, then immediately follow up with resignation letter cc’ing HR. Having a transition plan handy helps too.

But quietly in your mind end every statement with “you jerk” 😉. We have all been there!
Always do the right thing. It may be hard but it will pay forward in the future. Clearly you are leaving for the better. Just be simple and vague.
