Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. So, now I want to shift to a product based startup or mid level company in React JS technology for which I have already started preparation separately. Also thinking of giving resignation as my current project is affecting my mental state. Please give me insights on this as to how I should proceed and how to prepare.

Just got offered to join potential project that would relocate me to LA for 3-4 months for onsite work. Their office is downtown, I’m single, 29 have the flexibility in lifestyle for this kind of move. Is it worth coming to LA rn? With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any similar experience to share?

Salary deducted even after completing notice period citing hybrid work policy?

My past employer has deducted 28 days salary of 2 months, by citing mandatory Work From Office (Hybrid model) during notice period of 3 months. Severe lower back for reason for me resigning & WFH

Company unfairly allows some employees to WFH. Even contract employees WFH.
I served full notice period & completed all my assigned work. I have records of tickets, work completed too.
