Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

No sense if you’re at a t1 or t2 to join that group. Very mixed bag on quality vs PEPI - it’s forever playing second fiddle, and that’s being charitable.
Came here from a big 4. Similar WLB. Quality of projects/people is much superior than big 4, but it’s also very top heavy - which means a lot more hands vs heavy delegation. Comp can be a killer if you are well utilized, key word is “if” or else you can end up with little to no bonus. Make sure you are clear on the reasons for making the move. Overall I am happy with my decision, but comp was not my #1 criteria.
Not really looking at Comp. Care deeply about mentorship, culture and being at a non toxic place. Also what is the retention rate like?
WLB is very manageable, collaborative culture, promising growth. If you can stay utilized comp will definitely beat EY (but lags behind our peers in PEPI and NACR)
Consumer price index 😆
Equivalent to big 4 at this point - pay reflects that

Pretty solid. Less prestigious than PEPI or RX but a good place to be. Also is huge and has many subgroups that can be somewhat autonomous

Supply chain is a solid group. Growing well and doing impactful work. Decent WLB. CTS known for working hard, doing c suite cost takeout, like A&Ms take on tradition MBB
Good WLB bad Pay
