What is an average midpoint salary for a SM in EY’s consulting customer practice for the DFW area?

SKILL: SSIS
CTC: 13 LPA Fixed + 10% variable pay

So the bonus at Salesforce is pretty much same 15% for everyone ?

However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. Job is perfect match for her skillset. They asked for her expectations, she said 90. They told her range for the job was 90-110. Offer was made at 90 (50M valuation start up). Also got stock option (24k for 4y vesting, valuated at 50k today) Convinced her to negotiate for 110. Is that too late? What arguments to use?
