I'm a new first year associate, almost two weeks in. Have to ask: is it normal to have almost no idea what's going on? But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Yoe - 8.5 years

Pwc offer - 19 fixed + variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus
Accenture offer - 22 fixed + 0-27% variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus

I have got an offer from Accenture for Level8. I was 60% matching for the profile and got selected through saying there no project currently for this role, we are taking in advance. I doubt if they would send me out after project allocation done saying profile not matching. Want to know is there job security in Accenture provided I can learn and upskill the remaining 40% in 3 months time.

Here’s my short background, my current ctc is 13.5 fixed (7 YOE, level 10) in Accenture and got an offer from cts for 23fixed.
