Hi fishes, need 11 likes for DM TIA
Anyone else feeling the same?

Hi Fishes, Any senior staff engineer here, role associate project manager at Nagarro. I would like to know more details about project allocation and work you do. I recently got selected as one. I can see a lot of heat from developers against nagarro here but what about mid level management such as associate project manager!??
TIA

Yeah 125 + 125 is pretty common, however more people than you think (or admit) are taking a pay cut (when coming from banking) and closer to $200-$220 —-> that’s like all my friends lol

My first year was $225K and my second year was $250K at a really well known MM firm (not NYC / SF). I guess I could've tried to go to a different MM or UMM firm that paid me a little more out of the gate in cash, but they made up for it in co-invest and more importantly, work life balance... outside of the 45-60 day sprints when I closed my 2 platforms, I was a solid 9:30 - 7 and was rarely bothered on weekends. So yeah, keep your extra $25K pre-tax...
The bump up from year 1 to year 2 was only 25k? All the rest sounds good but thats wildly disappointing. The bump up in banking is basically a min of ~50k at the same level.
Deal team btw, not ops
I’ve heard 125 + 125 is common for UMM
Seems low. My UMM is paying 180+180 and I know of other UMMs paying around 300K all in. And have heard of several MMs paying anoint 270K all in
