Can folks from PwC share how exactly your all remote model works? So, an employee opting for remote works with any team across time zones ? Or across states in same time zone? Also, how do you staff on / find a project? Are there people working totally with teams outside their office, as say nobody or few in their own group/ office opted for remote model? Would that be true?

Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

I am a SC2 in Strategy & Analytics, with 8 YOE in analytics. 181k base and bonus I got last year was 31k.
Per the excel sheet for comp, in S&A the avg SC comp is over 160k base in commercial (non gps). As SC3, you should be making much more than that. This is assuming traditional/specialist track and not USDC, product, PDM tracks.
Got it thanks, this is helpful.
What skills?
Probably Around $110-$130ish could be higher…
This is definitely not it. That is Consultant level pay, SC3 in Strategy & Analytics is not going to be under 155-160k base. There are SCs in S&A with base pay in 180-195krange.
12 years exprience and only 130k?
Depends on the offering and the role itself ("Data and Analytics" is incredibly broad.) Could easily be anywhere in the range of 110-170k.
