I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I’m a new manager and got added to a new engagement. Everything is overmy head. Usually I catch up within a month. But this engagement is very very different. It will take me a while to get a hang of. The positive is that there is a lot of learning. But I had goals of being a sm in a year or 2 and I don’t see that happening in this engagement.
