Yes ask for 100K-115K many of my friends are project managers and that’s an average pay. I’ve always been in the HVAC industry.
Depends on the company size. If you want 90k, I would dig to find evidence of 80-100k pay range and present as follows.
“When doing marking research I found people in this role range from 80k-100k depending on experience. My <insert work history> puts me at the top end of that range paired with my educational accolades of an MBA at X university . Investing in me is an investment for the future of X company. I look forward to receiving a competitive offer and to adding value upon hire ( play around with the last line to fit your personality and the vibe HR has had with you).

And one more point, remember the compounding effect. Future comp increases are based off of how well you do here :)
I used to work in CM. You need to be asking for at least 100 if not more depending on company, type of projects, and your role
