I have two years of automotive/aerospace manufacturing experience and am looking for new opportunities. I recently applied to a Solution Engineer - Commercial Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy (MAE) role at Salesforce, and it sounds like a great fit. Is anyone willing to offer me a referral or advice on how to move forward in the hiring process? Salesforce

I worked in physician recruiting in operations/risk management. I basically supported the recruiters. I personally don’t think it’s a great industry, although the potential is there to make a decent salary. Ive don’t think physicians need recruiters and you end up getting a lot of bad apples in the locums world. Lots of the doctors have a “record” or have been sued quite a bit. On top of that, lots of locums companies hire lots of people then lay them off in big swaths. Very few locums agencies are safe from this practice. When I was in the industry 2/3 of the agencies I was with closed their doors/laid us off.
You can definitely do this work remotely though for most companies now a days. I always say that you should work in something that’s more like a vocation or that truly needs your skill or talent, rather than trying to earn off the backs of others. I’m sure that sounds harsh to other physician recruiters, but just my personal opinion! Good luck!!
I would contact Locum agencies (I think that's what they would call them).
