There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Things like that will happen, they'll offer new people something good as a way of attracting new talent. Meet with your manager and make the case that you've grown in the job and you think you deserve more PTO. If new people are getting it that's a point in your favor, but don't make that the primary focus, make it about your own good work and how that should be rewarded.
You can always just set up a meeting and ask. They might say no, but they might say yes. Let them know you would like to negotiate your compensation in the form of PTO to better align with new hires.
20 within 2-5 years of working. It sounds like a lot but most people don't take it until they get sick or a family member has an emergency. 1 month to handle something like cancer or a death of a spouse is nothing. So make sure they have progressive leave policies not just FMLA or STD. Too many rules and legal issues whereas PTO is straight forward.
