Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

They just care abt the numbers and not about you. I have 150%+ utilisation since 2 yrs and had to put down papers to get a promotion and hike. Better think about your personal life

Its not about utilisation hours, but the impact you bring with your work. Anyone can put any number of hours in the tool.
Also i need to say this, if you have worked please charge your time. Don't eat it "coz your are getting nothing in return". If you charge less your are fucking over people that will be staffed after you as projected hrs will be less. And also it is not ethical and against firm policies
In that case I will reduce my utilization %. Don't want the firm to get earn more, until I leave.
Chargeable hrs are not everything, i have come across so many cases of people over charging for trivial work items regularly. Just because you have spent more hours doesn't mean your quality and quantity of deliverables is on par with expectations
I am getting good feedback on quality. But understood the point. Better to reduce the utilization % to 50% and get super feedback on quality.
