As long as the clients aren’t direct competitors, it’s usually fine. The key is to make sure it doesn’t overlap with your main responsibilities or regular working hours. Go get that bread!

PRO TIP:
Freelance on the DL. Just never use your work-issued computer, never take on a project that would be a conflict of interest, never work for an agency under the same holding co as your FT job, never tell a soul, and ignore anyone who tells you to “check your contract” before doing it 🙄 you're not C-suite.

I’m doing it right now! Takes a bit of work to manage both schedules, but if you can do it go for it! Can’t wait for the paychecks and no one needs to know as long as the product I deliver is all the same.
