What is the cooling-off period for reapplying to IT consulting firms like PwC, KPMG, EY, Capgemini, and Accenture?

I’ve heard it applies mainly after attending interviews or assessments and failed — but what if you only applied and didn’t get any interview call? Can you reapply sooner?

Also, are there any ways to bypass or reduce the cooling period, Would appreciate your insights or personal experiences.

I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.
