Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

Bro just asked the CTC and in-hand? I didn't ask 20 things.
But don't know what's wrong in that?
Depends on which IIM ? Older ones or the new IIMs . Btw op brother just chill - biz analysts just saying cz you asked break up of salary and stuff. People not gonna share all these details on fishbowl. Btw on this platform everyone gives each other a hard time. Don’t take it too seriously. If you can’t take things lightly on anonymous platforms imagine what will happen when the clients gonna rip you apart during meetings in front of everyone.
Bro, you look like a manager, asking his employees on teams what you've done today.

Lol....majority offer letters are getting revoked and you think people are getting jobs after MBA IIMs?
Only reason ...salary is > 30lpa.
Okay. Leave this.
But from breakup I just meant, what's the fixed part, joining bonus and variable. No more break-up than this.
I am referring to IIM-LKI.
Around 16-20 fix depending on the work experience you have .. add 5-6 in variable and benefits
Most of the comments are not helpful at all. For SPJIMR, IIM LKI, NITIE graduates the compensation is 21 fixed + 1 joining+ variables (upto 20% but depends on company performance and ratings. Last year it was 18% for Tier 1 rating).
Also PwC AC does not increase the base pay based on prior work ex as someone mentioned in an earlier comment. So, the above compensation is the same for everyone.
PS: I am a campus hire from 2023. Hope it helps.
